Giving thanks

And don’t murmur against God and his dealings with you as some of them did, for that is why God sent his Angel to destroy them. - 1 Corinthians 10:10

Thanksgiving is an annual celebration, especially in America.  Giving thanks to God should not be an annual occurrence for a child of God, it ought to be a daily occurrence.  It is important to create a habit of giving thanks to God at all times.

God has several promises in the bible for you, some of which are to take care of all your pains, to provide for all your needs among several other promises.  When you worry, it leads to complaining or murmuring, at the end of it everything will be taken care of -  by God and you have wasted your energy in stressing  over issue you cannot handle, so why worry when you can pray.

God will make all things beautiful in His time, do not complain. Every issue or things around you might not go the way you expect, restrain yourself from complaining, but give thanks, God will work it out for your good.

PRAYER

God Almighty, I thank you for your hand of goodness upon my life, renew my heart to consciously thank you in all things and situation in Jesus name Amen.

Praise God

Let them praise the name of the Lord, For His name alone is exalted; His glory is above the earth and heaven. - Psalm 148:13

Praise God from whom all blessings flow, praise Him as a living being, praise Him for the blessings you are expecting, praise Him for keeping you safe in the midst of the troubles that surround you, praise the name of the Lord.

The name of the Lord is high and excellent above every name. Even unbelievers when they are in the midst of trouble, emergency they shout the name of the Lord and He comes to their rescue.  The name of the Lord does mighty things, greater than what any name can do.

Praise God for His wonderful name.

PRAYER

Glorious God, greater than the great things and people on earth, I praise you; I sincerely praise you for your name that does excellent, wonderful and great things; your great name deliver, redeem and rescue, I praise your name in Jesus name Amen.

Support team

Then they sat on the ground with him for seven days and nights. No one said a word to Job, for they saw that his suffering was too great for words. - Job 2:13

Support team is a good way to relieve stress and get over negative emotions.  If you have a group of people where you get together to share ills, down time, stress or just download the worry for the day or week it will help a great deal to relieve stress.

The world is full of people that are stressed or have anxiety problem, because their is no one around them to bring comfort or some words of encouragement.  If you need support you can help yourself at the same time help others around you, by starting one through your church, in your neighborhood or with friends. 

It is a good thing to have companion, much more wonderful to have a support system. Who do you support or comfort.

PRAYER

God of mercy, thank you for your compassion towards me; I pray for the grace to extend love and compassion to others in times of need in Jesus name I pray Amen.

Overcomer

Don’t blame God when you are tempted! God cannot be tempted by evil, and he doesn’t use evil to tempt others. - James 1:13

Over comer is a word that is mostly used when someone over come some obstacles, and became successful.  As Christians, you face many challenges, sometimes it is not because you have sinned or because you did somethings wrong, but because the enemy- the devil is upset that you stand for God and you are serving God.

God will not tempt you with evil because He knows you are for Him, even when you come short of His expectations, as a child of God, repent and seek for forgiveness and the mercy of God, through the blood of Jesus will prevail on your behalf, and clean away your sins. 

In your time of temptation and trials, God has provided you with weapons to overcome every temptation: the blood of Jesus and the word of God.  The blood of Jesus to cleanse, erase every unrighteousness and protect you from every harmful situation; the word of God will give you confidence, reassurance of the promises and the ability to stand against the attempt of the evil one against you. YOU ARE VICTORIOUS AND AN OVER COMER BY THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB (JESUS CHRIST)

PRAYER

God of awesome power and presence, I thank you, I pray for the ability to constantly apply the word and the blood of Jesus in times of temptation in Jesus name Amen.

Visitiation

The angel told him, “Put your shoes on, and get ready to go!” Peter did this. Then the angel told him, “Put your coat on, and follow me.” - Acts 12:8

Visitation from God comes in different ways and at different occasions. For this writing, Angels will be the focus of visitation.  Angelic visitation from God are to bring information, dependent on what is happening at the very instance.

God send angels to people in different form to give instructions, guidance, direction, information or to release blessings on them. Some people are visited in the form of human being, which is commonly referred to as guiding angel.  

This experience is life changing and trans-formative. I have experienced receiving guidance from God through someone I do not know, which directed my life in a specific and positive direction, it is indeed a life changing experience for me. 

You will encounter your angel, be careful and sensitive enough to get your blessing when the opportunity comes your way.

PRAYER

God from whom all blessings flow, I thank you; I pray God, for angelic visitation and guidance for my life in Jesus name Amen.

Satisfaction

Your work will provide for your needs; you will be happy and prosperous. - Psalm 128:2

Satisfaction is contentment, feeling good about something.  With God you can get all the satisfaction you desire.  

People work with great pay and still end up in debt and you have some people that have limited income that are doing great with joy and peace without any stress or debt, the difference is God in the equation.

The Lord will give you fulfillment in all you do; keep your focus on Him and keep on trusting Him.  The pleasure you derive in serving God and being faithful to His word are great and numerous, with God you will receive wisdom to guide you and inspiration to ideas that will keep your expectations and needs in balance.  

To be satisfied with what you have and still have joy, peace of mind and abundance you have to allow God direct you and let Him be in charge of your life and household

Strike

Instantly Ananias the high priest commanded those close to Paul to slap him on the mouth. - Acts 23:2

Strike someone is very prevalent in our world today, people are strike with word, action and some are being strike dead.  Why strike people because of difference in opinion, the truth has always been said to be a bitter pill.

When people do not like your speech or argument, enmity is created and the next line of action is to strike.  With God it is good to be on the offensive, declaring the truth of the word of God, devil has nothing to offer, but to demoralize and let every good thing go into decay with lies and deception.

It is a great day and time to stand for the truth of the word of God, in the text above Paul was to be strike on the mouth for testifying to living a good life of conscience, how is that offensive or why will that cause a strike to his mouth.  These days it is offensive to be good or stand for Christ. Evil is called, described, explained to be good and good in turn called evil. In all, stand for Christ: THE TRUTH

Connection

But happy is the man who has the God of Jacob as his helper, whose hope is in the Lord his God— - Psalm 146:5

Connection is needed by everyone, for job, contract, business, school, and surprisingly even in church.  People love as much connection as they can get to attain the next level.

With God you have a divine connection, God is able to help you to the next level.  God knows the right person to get you that contract, that job or admission.  It takes a lot of patient tarrying in the presence of God.  God knows your heart if you are in His presence to get the things you need, quick attention or actually in His presence for relationship for divine revelation.

Happy is the person that have the Almighty God and great is that person's reward.  It is a great thing to have the most high God as your helper, no connection is greater than what you will get from God

God Almighty, it's a great honor to have you as my God and helper, orchestrate divine meetings for me today in Jesus name Amen.

Detailed Instruction

He told them, “The man they call Jesus made mud and spread it over my eyes and told me, ‘Go to the pool of Siloam and wash yourself.’ So I went and washed, and now I can see!” - John 9:11

Detailed instruction is an instruction with some details attached to it.  A detailed instruction is not for every one, it is for specific people with some detailed rules to follow.

In a way there are different aspect to instructions, there are general instruction for everyone, some are specific to some group of people and some are detailed with some guidelines to follow. A general instruction to every believer will be to worship the Lord your God, obey His commandment  or do not neglect the assembly of fellow believers, these are general instructions for every believer.

When an instruction is specific, it is to some group of people or a particular person; like fasting it might be to a church or just one individual receiving it.  when an instruction is detailed it is specific to an individual and include some details.  For instance, to use fasting again, it can be detailed base on the number of days the procedure and timing. In the above text the instruction is to go specifically to pool of Siloam not any other river or pool but Siloam and wash not swim or dip.  

When it comes to instruction, you need to know whatever your instructions are follow it to the detail.  God will and bless you

Almighty God, creator, you are the ancient and real God of today, I worship you, give me a heart of understanding, to abide by your instructions in Jesus name Amen.

Lift up Jesus

So Jesus told them, “When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you’ll know that I am the one and that I can’t do anything on my own. Instead, I speak as the Father taught me. - John 8:28

Lift up Jesus is a common phrase among Christians especially worship leaders during praise and worship.  In the true sense of the word 'lift up Jesus', it is to honor and acknowledge that He is the anointed one, the soon coming King, His name is above every name and God has highly exalted him.

If God has highly exalted Him (Jesus), the same reason why you ought to lift Him up.  When you are in the process of lifting up Jesus, you honor God as well. Align yourself with the things of God the Father.

Let your desire and will, tune in to the Lord, and lift up Jesus in every area of your life. The Holy Spirit will minister great and wonderful thing to you as well.

PRAYER

Almighty God, the I AM over every situation I thank and worship you, let my being and existence acknowledge and glorify you in Jesus name Amen.

Learn from God

The leaders were surprised and said, “How does this man know so much? He has never been taught!” - John 7:15

Learn from God is another way of saying let God be your teacher.  When you allow God to teach you, you will know more and you will receive more than enough revelation that are beyond any human imagination or intelligence.

Jesus was not educated by the teacher or rabbi in the temple, He did not go to any of their classes or lecture room to receive any formal training.  Jesus took time to learn from God, as He always say from time to time what I see my Father in heaven do, the same I do.

When you release yourself to the tutelage of God the Father, through the Holy Ghost you will learn, your understanding of the scriptures and things going on in the world or around you will be clearer and it will make more sense to you.

Learning through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit will open you to mysteries and revelation about yourself and you will know more than the trained or academicians or theologians.

Be open to learn from God and receive inspiration.

God of all wisdom, knowledge and understanding, I thank you; teach, inspire and reveal great things to me in Jesus name Amen.

Deliverance

So the king gave the command, and they brought Daniel and cast him into the den of lions. But the king spoke, saying to Daniel, “Your God, whom you serve continually, He will deliver you.” - Daniel 6:16

Deliverance is of the Lord, there are many attack on a child of God, most of it are orchestrated by jealous and evil people.  Many people laugh with you and see you progress but there intent and thought towards you are full of evil.

Serving God is great, being faithful in your service to God is very important, because there is a reward in serving God.  God will always rescue and deliver you over and over again, with God you are in a safe place and His mighty hand will deliver you.

Serving God should make people around you know your stand and also know you will not compromise, retaliate or revenge because the Lord will fight for you and you will hold your peace.  The things God will do for you, will bring joy and there is no ending to His deliverance for you.

God of all, I thank you for all the great deliverance you have given me, help me to always serve you sincerely in Jesus name Amen.

Voice of truth

John replied in the words of the prophet Isaiah: “I am a voice shouting in the wilderness, ‘Clear the way for the Lord’s coming!’” - John 1:23

Be the voice of truth does not mean to yell, argue, and fight with everyone.  It does mean that when people around you seek to hear the truth you will be their person.  You do not compromise with the things going on around; either in the office, at school, or business place.

As a child of God, God is love and He is a true God; so you are expected to speak the truth in love and abhor no hatred or justify injustice.  The world is growing and going towards the way of evil, many see wrong and try to define it as right.  It is time to stand for the truth, that is, standing for God, always remembering that the Lord is interested and looking at the affair of men.

Keeping quiet does not make you righteous, but a spectator, as a spectator you do not have a stand or voice, let people around you know you stand for the truth of God and will defend the truth in love not in anger or destruction.

PRAYER

God, thank you for this day, I choose to be the voice of truth in this immoral and decaying world, so help me God in Jesus name Amen.

Trust

Those who know your name trust in you, for you, O Lord, do not abandon those who search for you. - Psalm 9:10

Trust is a very strong word, either to use or request from someone.  To trust someone should be as important to you as the person you trust.  Trust should not be taken for granted or misuse in anyway.

Many people lost their trust, because the individual they trust abuse the power that was given to them.  Jesus is awesome, He is worthy to be trusted, even God almighty the God Head, trust Jesus that He ... gave him a name which is above every other name. (paraphrase).

Do you trust in the name of the Lord? The name of the Lord is a strong tower...., the name of Jesus is stronger and mightier than any other name, at the name of Jesus every kneel shall bow, at the name of Jesus every tongue shall confess. Be rest assured He will not forsake you when you seek him and Jesus will not abuse your trust in him.  Trust Jesus and His name will work wonders for you.

PRAYER

God Almighty, I worship you for the name of Jesus, that is higher above all other names, I pray that the name of Jesus will work wonders for me in Jesus name Amen.

Blessing

And Azariah the chief priest, from the house of Zadok, answered him and said, “Since the people began to bring the offerings into the house of the Lord, we have had enough to eat and have plenty left, for the Lord has blessed His people; and what is left is this great abundance.” - 2 Chronicles 31:10

Blessing is always related to financial abundance, in the real contest of God's word, blessing is much more than financial opportunity.  In my search for more understanding on blessing, it includes wisdom, peace, opportunity, open door, favor, abundance of all things, victory on every level, people admiring your status and so much more.

During my study on the biblical blessing, I see that all the people that were blessed of God especially Abraham have all these things listed above in their life.  Having riches or wealth without peace is no blessing but material possession. the bible in Proverbs 10:22 quote " The blessing of the LORD makes rich, and he adds no sorrow with it".   The blessing of the Lord will enrich you on every level without pain or crying.

Your rich self, will not be part of the association of the rich also cry.  Your blessings is linked to your obedience in giving. Giving to God's work, there are different ministries that support the poor, take salvation to unreachable places or your place of worship, will open an avenue or door for you.

Connect yourself to giving that will reach people, change lives, save souls and are focus of redemption of lives with the love of Jesus.

PRAYER

God of all blessings, I thank you for always making a way for me. Give me a willing heart of giving to expand your kingdom on earth in Jesus name Amen. Bee Jay's world

Change

So the Lord listened to Hezekiah and healed the people [of their uncleanness]. - 2 Chronicles 30:20

Change is continuous for everybody, we go through change from time to time, its an ongoing process.  Have you considered how you have changed when it comes to the things of God.

God loves you so much right from the beginning or before your conception, but does not delight in unrighteousness neither does He condone it.  In most cases you think you have done so bad and feel disappointed with yourself, no matter how far you think you have gone, doing wrong, if you call on God He will listen and accept you. 

God does not relate or think like man, we count offenses and shortcomings as too grievous to be forgiven, but God want a repentant heart and a complete turn around towards Him.  Once you acknowledge your mistake or misdoings God will listen and accept you.  God desire a sincere change not merry-go-round or to debate the issue or circumstances.  Change is all God require from you and you will be made whole again.

The blood of Jesus works all the time, cling and use the precious blood of Jesus for a new beginning

God Almighty, full of mercies; heal me of every uncleanliness and make me whole in Jesus name Amen.

Much More

Amaziah asked the man of God, “But what about all that silver I paid to hire the army of Israel?”The man of God replied, “The Lord is able to give you much more than this!” - 2 Chronicles 25:9

Much more is a phrase that is not considered when you just experience a major expense(s) that led to deficit.  In the plan of God you cannot be in deficit or red if you seek Him before every venture.

God will direct, instruct and give you a plan to execute, if you seek him before you embark on any journey or project.  Even if you did not seek God at the inception, when ever you seek God you will still receive instruction that will give you victory.  

In the process of doing God's will, whatever you lost before the time you seek God, will be restored as in much more.  When in obedience to the voice of God, you will not lose, instead you will receive much more than you gave away.  The key is seeking God at all times and being obedient.  God will help you in all your endeavors.

PRAYER

God thank you so much for this day of Abundance, I receive much more, no loss but abundance is my portion in Jesus name Amen.
