Glorious

And kings shall be thy nursing fathers, and their queens thy nursing mothers: They shall bow down to thee with their face toward the earth, and lick up the dust of thy feet. And thou shalt know that I am the Lord, for they shall not be ashamed that wait for Me.” - Isaiah 49:23

Glorious is bringing to fame, admiration, have a striking beauty or splendor. If I am allowed to give a definition, it is unexplained and cannot be comprehended by any human mind. 

When you are waiting on the Lord, it can be trying, tempting and trust me, if you have been there, it takes away your patience. Notwithstanding it is working you into perfection for that glorious awakening.  If you are believing God for anything now, do not allow anything to distract you. Keep on trusting and look beyond the present to that glorious manifestation of God.

Your wait time determine how glorious your result will be. Think of the plants, like the corn and an oak tree. They have different wait times,and you know the difference between the two. I am encouraging you today to hold on.  The wait is almost over. You may be parched and unwilling with all the distraction and you are losing hope and despondent, but think of the result and outcome: it is always glorious, with dramatic effect.

PRAYER

God, thank you for this day of greatness, I am waiting on you and I shall not be ashamed in Jesus name Amen.
