For they all wanted to frighten us, thinking, “They will become discouraged with the work and it will not be done.” But now, [O God,] strengthen my hands. - Nehemiah 6:9
Strength Saturday, everything around you may tend to discourage you. Seek God for strength for in Christ lies yours strength. "The joy of the Lord is your strength", is a popular quote, what that means is that when you do the things that makes God rejoice you will receive strength.
Attempt to give God joy by doing the things that please Him and see how you will be strengthen in all your endeavors.
